01 Scope of this policy
This policy covers the website published at s9apk.pk and nothing else. It does not cover the S9 Game platform, the S9 app, or any service you reach by following a link from this site.
That distinction matters. When you leave s9apk.pk and register on the S9 Game platform, you enter a relationship with a separate company that has its own privacy policy, its own data practices and its own legal obligations. We have no visibility into what happens on that side, and we cannot answer questions about it.
Read the operator's own privacy policy before you register an account. It governs how your identity documents, payment details and gameplay records are handled — none of which ever pass through this website.
02 Who we are
s9apk.pk is an independent affiliate website. We publish guides, install documentation and slot catalogue information about S9 Game for readers in Pakistan. We are not the operator of S9 Game and we are not affiliated with it beyond a commercial referral arrangement.
For the purposes of this policy, s9apk.pk is the party responsible for deciding what data this website collects and why. You can reach us through the contact page.
03 Information we collect
We have deliberately kept this list short. The site is informational, so most of it works without knowing anything about you at all.
Information you give us voluntarily
- Name, email address and message content, if you choose to use the contact form.
- Any additional detail you include in that message.
The contact form currently performs client-side validation only and has no server-side handler connected, which means nothing is transmitted or stored when you submit it. If and when a backend is connected, this section will be updated to describe exactly where those messages go and how long they are kept.
Information collected automatically
- Standard web server request data: IP address, user agent, referring page, requested URL and timestamp.
- General device characteristics such as screen size and browser type, used to check that layouts render correctly.
- Aggregate page-view counts, if analytics are enabled and you have consented.
04 What we never collect
Stated explicitly, because it is the part people most want reassurance about. Through this website we do not collect, receive, store or have any access to:
- Your S9 Game username, password, PIN or one-time codes.
- Your account balance, deposit history, withdrawal history or gameplay records.
- Bank account numbers, card details or mobile wallet credentials.
- Identity documents such as CNIC scans or proof-of-address files.
- Precise geolocation data.
- Contact lists, SMS messages or any data from your device beyond what a browser normally sends.
Never send account credentials to anyone — including us. Nobody legitimate will ever ask for your password or one-time code, and any request for one is an attempt to take your account.
05 Cookies & local storage
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Local storage works similarly but persists differently. This site uses both sparingly.

- Consent preference — a single local storage entry recording whether you accepted or declined non-essential cookies, so the banner is not shown again on every page.
Analytics (only with consent)

Blocking cookies for this site will not break any feature; you will simply see the consent banner again on your next visit.
06 Analytics
Where analytics are enabled, they are used for one purpose: understanding which pages are useful and which are not, so that we can improve them. We look at aggregate counts — page views, entry pages, broad device categories — not individual browsing histories.
We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell audience data, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors. If you decline analytics through the consent banner, no analytics scripts are loaded at all.
07 Third-party links & affiliate tracking
This site contains links to external destinations, principally the S9 Game registration page and two Telegram channels. Once you follow one of those links you are on a third-party service governed by that party's own privacy policy, not by this one.
How affiliate tracking works
Our outbound registration links carry a referral parameter. When you register through one, the operator records that the referral came from us, which is how our commission is calculated. What we receive back is aggregate: how many registrations came from our links. We do not receive your name, your contact details, your balance or your play history.
Fonts and other embedded resources
Web fonts are currently loaded from a third-party font service, which means your browser makes a request to that service and it will see your IP address as part of that request. Self-hosting these fonts is on our list; when it is done, that external request disappears entirely.
08 Why we process data
Each category of data we handle has a specific and limited purpose:
- Server logs — to keep the site online, diagnose errors and identify abusive traffic. This is a legitimate operational interest.
- Consent preference — to respect a choice you have actively made about cookies.
- Contact form content — to answer the question you asked. That is consent you give by choosing to write to us.
- Analytics — to improve the content, and only where you have consented.
We do not process data for automated decision-making, profiling, or any purpose beyond those listed above.
09 Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not trade or rent mailing lists. We do not share visitor information with advertisers.
Data may be handled by service providers strictly necessary to run the website — hosting, content delivery, and analytics where enabled. These providers act on our instructions and only to the extent required to deliver their service.
We would disclose information where legally compelled to do so by a valid order from a competent authority, or where necessary to protect the rights or safety of the site or its users. In practice, the data we hold is minimal enough that there is very little to disclose.
10 Retention
We keep data only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for:
- Server logs — typically retained for up to 30 days, then rotated out automatically.
- Consent preference — stored in your browser until you clear it. It never reaches our servers.
- Contact form messages — where a backend is connected, retained for up to 12 months after the enquiry is closed.
- Aggregate analytics — retained in aggregate form and not linked to any individual.
11 Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted in transit. Access to the hosting environment is restricted and protected by strong authentication.
We should be honest about the limits of any such statement: no system connected to the internet is perfectly secure, and anyone claiming otherwise is overselling. What we can say is that the most effective protection here is structural — we collect very little, so there is very little to lose.
12 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you.
- Request a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without that affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact page. We will respond within 30 days. Note that requests relating to your S9 Game account must go to the operator — we hold no account data and cannot action such a request.
13 Age restriction
This website and the platform it covers are strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and our content is not directed at minors in any way.
If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it. Parents and guardians who want to restrict access to gambling-related content can use device-level parental controls or content filtering software, which are more effective than any measure a single website can implement.
